Using a 3d virtual world environment can expand & enhance learning far beyond 2d synchronous e-learning sessions.
Check out the following excellent video comparison by @kkapp. Note that the example is about a spatial skill.  The instructor prepares & uses multiple, especially designed spaces for active collaborative activities based on a learning scenario.

Ένα ακόμα βίντεο επίδειξης αυτής της συναρπαστικής τεχνολογίας τηλεδιάσκεψης μέσω προβολής και διάδρασης με τριδιάστατο ολόγραμμα απομακρυσμένου ομιλητή.
Ασφαλώς η τεχνολογία αυτή είναι οικονομικά αποσπέλαστη όμως αυτό θα αλλάξει πολύ σύντομα.

Gaming without control

What if we could play on a game console without remote control?
